We believe our growth is ensured if we have a dedicated team of seniors willing to teach and an interested group of youngsters willing to learn and grow in their fields of specialization.
We invite medical experts, trained para medical people, social workers, HR, and other admin specialists and accountants to join us in our mission, with an assurance of immense professional growth and satisfaction.
We will be happy to train and develop people, mainly women not specialized in any area, but who are interested to work. We have positions reserved for differently-abled people.
We want people to stay with us for a few years to develop fully as professionals and experts. We encourage our people to move up their career ladder to be able to fill in higher slots.
Our needs for people vary from time to time. Do look here for our latest requirements.

Dr. Kabilan has been volunteering at TCT for more than three decades. He started with medical camps in the villages and he became our natural choice to be our doctor for our 15-day residential deaddiction camps. We did 23 annual camps with his support. As an Honorary Senior Medical Officer at our N.R. Swamy Rehab and Wellness Centre, he is a pillar of support providing medical and friendly advice to patients. More than 1000 alcoholics and their families have received his help and support. A talented lyricist, composer and musician, he creates health awareness songs.
Ask him why he is involved in social service; his reply would be that he needs to be of use to society; that God has endowed him with certain gifts that must be utilized for those in need. While service is his mission, de-addiction and rehabilitation of alcoholics is his passion. He is extremely thankful to God for giving him this opportunity to work in this programme with TCT. An active listener and an empathetic human being, he is a rare gem. We salute him for his consistent, dedicated and sustained service.
We would love to have more people like him as volunteers.
